General Conference’s Magazine feature Sydney Adventist Women
[Australia] Since the launch of the General Conference (GC) initiative, Mission to Cities, the focus of the Department of Women’s Ministries of the Greater Sydney Conference (Sydney WM) is to effectively mobilize for ministry their church women for making a difference in their city. They want to touch lives, restore dignity, and bring hope to the many secular women living in the metropolitan city of Sydney, Australia.

Bringing you an exciting event featuring speaker, Hope Chomscynski.
Pr Hope serves as a much-loved Chaplain at Mountain View Adventist College, where she daily impacts the lives of many young people. She is a committed, dedicated, conscientious creative young woman, who has served Sydney Adventist Women for many years.
Hope’s creativity, designing, styling and floral prowess has added immense value to our Ministry. She has used her God given talents to create beautiful spaces for us to worship and meet. Hope is an energetic, engaging speaker and passionate about sharing the Word of God.
UNITED NIGHT will be Hope’s farewell message as she sets off to be married and leave the Greater Sydney Conference. We wait, with great expectation, to see how God will use her at UNITED NIGHT.

Focus Areas
Nurture – a place to address the spiritual, emotional, physical and social needs of women in the church. It mentors young women, encourages mothers and supports older women and those who are hurting in ways only women can do. Women need women.
Potential – encourages women to realize their potential for participation in the mission of the church and provides education and training. It recognizes that women have many gifts of the Spirit and attempts to help women discover and use these.
Outreach – provides resources for women to reach out to others in the community with the love and freedom of Jesus Christ.
